Placemat Mail Organizer

I had this placemat for a while.. I had been thinking of many things to make... Finally decided to sew a mail organizer which is simple and easy...
I used two placemats



 I sewed both placemats like this way... 



then fold ,divide 3 or 4 partition   and sew !I sewed a 3 partition organizer(I just follow line in the design pretty simple !)



The final part is to attach a strap to hang ! Cut 9"x 4" piece of  fabric.Fold in half  Refold the long edges to the center fold again,Press and sew...



Cut the strap in 3x3" piece attach on the back side of the organizer.Thats it !

                                          Oh there a place for mails....


                                     

Pot holder case

This is actually inspired by Dollarstorecrafts. Now a days I spend lot of time in dollar store other than shopping...I was thinking How can I make that ? How can I use this ? How can I use that ? could this work out? like that.Finally I tried my first dollar store craft using pot holder. I made a case for my external hard driver.I simply joined two pot holder with a matching kitchen towel...

Tutti frutti dress

I like the material tutti frutti bcoz its comfortable to sew...  I bought at Jo ann fabric store which is very near to me !First I was planning a skirt and top..but i found this pattern

So I gave it a try and the result...



  

Peasant tops !

I love peasant tops  becoz its very simple to sew  ! This is the first peasant top I made !



My variations... I added a elastic around waist. I added a skirt part.... hey Its peasant dress... oh love it !






I couldn't stop trying these tops so I tried for me too....

Laptop Case

I have tried a laptop case... This is my first try...



I used flannel for both in&out fabric,fleece for batting...





I screwed up a little bit ... Its bcoz I was not cut the fabric with correct measurements.. and the result...

Pill box into Bead storage...

I bought this pills box in Dollar store...and ta da I used it as a Bead storage Box.I stored small beads like seed beads,crimb beads,small jump rings...
